Privacy policy
The short version: this site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no contact form. If you email me, I keep the email. If you become a client, your data stays in your environment unless we agree otherwise in writing.

1. Who is responsible
This site is operated by Synthworx DNS Ventures LLC (“Synthworx”, “I”, “me”). The contact address for privacy questions is hello@synthworx.com.
2. What this site collects
The public site does not include analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or a contact form. It does not set marketing cookies. The only data I receive from a visit is what the hosting provider logs to serve and secure the site — typically an IP address, request path, user agent, and timestamp. Those logs are used for operations and security, not for profiling.
If you email me, I receive your email address, the content of your message, and any attachments. If you request a diagnostic, I also receive the company and technical information you choose to send.
3. Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and decide whether the engagement is a fit.
- To prepare a scope, invoice, or contract if we proceed.
- To operate and secure the website.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
4. What I do not do
- I do not sell personal data.
- I do not use client data to train models.
- I do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing sequence.
- I do not share your email with vendors for their own marketing.
5. Client data
Client work is governed by the NDA and SOW, not by this page. The default is that I work inside your environment and do not copy production data out of it. If a diagnostic requires samples, I ask for the minimum, prefer synthetic or redacted data, and delete it at the end of the engagement unless the contract says otherwise. 6. Service providers
The site is hosted on Railway. Email is provided by Zoho. Payments, if we proceed, are processed by Skydo, Wise, or Stripe. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. I share only what is necessary to provide the service.
7. Retention
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Contract, invoice, and tax records are kept for as long as required by applicable law. Client project data is deleted or returned at the end of the engagement, subject to the contract.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, or to object to processing. Email hello@synthworx.com and I will respond within a reasonable period. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. International transfers
I am based in India and work with clients in the United States and elsewhere. Email and contract data may be processed in India and in the countries where the service providers operate. Where required, transfers are covered by the provider's standard contractual terms.
10. Security
I use access controls, encrypted transport, and the minimum data necessary. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, I will notify you without undue delay and describe what happened, what was affected, and what I am doing about it.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the “last updated” date at the top changes. Material changes affecting an active client will be communicated directly.
