Scope
This notice covers information submitted through synthworx.com. A client engagement may require a separate data-processing or security schedule in its statement of work.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the fields you provide, such as your name, work email, company, role, company website, proposal volume, typical contract range, desired timing, and description of the operating constraint. Our hosting providers may also process standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request diagnostics for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to evaluate fit, respond to the request, prevent abuse, prepare a potential scope conversation, and maintain a record of business communications. We do not sell inquiry information or use the website form to enroll you in an automated marketing list.
Service providers and transfers
We use infrastructure and hosting providers to operate this site and store inquiries. Those providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable terms and safeguards. We disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for business follow-up, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. We use access controls and operational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, or object to further contact, by submitting the website form with “Privacy request” at the start of the details field. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Do not submit restricted information
Do not submit credentials, RFP files, customer personal data, classified material, Controlled Unclassified Information, export-controlled content, protected health information, or other sensitive client material through the public form.
