Report the problem
Email hello@synthworx.com with the Dodo order ID, product code and version, purchasing email, expected result, observed result, and error text. Do not send card numbers or unnecessary sensitive source data. Synthworx aims to acknowledge product complaints within one business day.
Missing access
If a delivery email or customer-portal link fails, Synthworx first verifies the order through Dodo and restores access. If valid access cannot be restored promptly, a full refund is issued through the original payment method.
Defective, missing, or misdescribed product
If a promised file is missing, corrupt, materially defective, or materially different from the listing, Synthworx will provide a corrected package or replacement promptly. If the defect cannot be corrected within a reasonable time, or the correction still fails the stated behavior, a fair partial or full refund is issued.
Duplicate or unauthorized charge
After verification, a duplicate charge receives a prompt full refund. A suspected unauthorized payment is handled with Dodo Payments and may require the account or cardholder to follow the provider’s verification process.
Change of mind
Because digital files can be copied after delivery, a change of mind after a conforming product has been accessed may not qualify for a refund, subject to Dodo’s terms and applicable consumer law. This does not limit rights relating to defective, inaccessible, missing, or misdescribed products.
How refunds are sent
Approved full or partial refunds are returned by Dodo Payments to the original payment method. Dodo provides the official status and receipt. Access to files already downloaded cannot be technically revoked; the license ends for refunded products and the buyer must stop use and delete retained copies where the law and provider outcome require it.
No review conditions
A refund never requires a positive review, deletion of truthful criticism, silence, or waiver of a nonwaivable right. Defect categories are recorded against the product version so repeated problems trigger a release correction.
